My name is Lisa… I’m a wife, mother to two sons (19 and 22!), dog obsessed and a lover of all things pretty and girly! All of these things tie into my love of photography! This journey started many many years ago in high school…the first time I picked up a camera—I was hooked! This continued through college and into a career in graphic design. I am trained in film and digital photography. These days I shoot primarily digital but bringing film into my business is a goal for 2024! We all need to set goals, right!?!

I know that family portraits may not be how your children (or husbands) hope to spend their valuable free time! I get it — I work hard to make sure everyone walks away with a smile!

I’m a slightly obsessed with the combination of natural light and studio light! You can’t miss me hauling my lights on location! I just love what this creative blending of light can do!
I shoot in the Northern Suburbs of Chicago throughout the year and in Harbor Springs, Michigan during the month of July.
